Established in April 2007, S. Riazuddin & Company is an independently owned and managed firm of tax and corporate law consultants in Pakistan. We have a credible history of providing high quality and specialized services in Income Tax, Sales Tax, Customs & Federal Excise, Corporate, Civil Services, Labour, Copy Right and Insurance laws.

We operate under the principles of corporate responsibility and professional integrity. Keeping the sensitivity of the business in today's world, we make sure that our corporate and tax professionals are conversant with and up-to-date on the developments and changes in relevant laws and standards, and that the advices provided to our clients are technically correct according to relevant rulings.

    The Principal of the firm, a dynamic and resourceful law graduate, was inducted in the Civil Superior Service (CSS) of Pakistan through a countrywide competitive examination and underwent a rigorous training program which among others included courses on economics, finance, accountancy, corporate and tax laws. He worked with the Inland Revenue Department (formerly Income Tax Department), Federal Board of Revenue; Government of Pakistan as Additional Commissioner and after putting in 25 years of service opted for voluntary retirement in 2007 to start his own consultancy firm.
